- If you are feeling unwell we ask that you please do not visit our retail stores. Let us serve you via our online store; our delicious chocolates can be delivered direct to your door.
- We ask that you adhere to social distancing practices.
- We encourage you to pay by card or via your smartphone. We have implemented additional hygiene practices.
- We are extending our trading hours to make it easier to shop.

We are closely monitoring this situation, actively following the latest medical advice and official reports issued by the Australian Government and we encourage our team to stay at home if they are unwell for any reason.
Haigh’s has always had strict hygiene practices and cleanliness in our stores, distribution centre and manufacturing sites and have implemented additional precautionary measures at this time.
We ask that if you have booked a tour of our factory site in Parkside, South Australia, and you become unwell that you please do not attend. We can easily reschedule your booking for a later time.
