For corporate orders, we offer secure payment options via Bank Transfer/EFT or Credit Card through a secure payment link provided with your invoice.

We accept all major credit cards, including AMEX.

We pride ourselves on packing all of our orders with care, ensuring they arrive at your chosen destination/s in perfect condition.

Please note the following:

• Delivery costs start from $15 per delivery address and is calculated by weight and volume.
• Australia Post is used for delivering all orders outside of Adelaide Metro. View our Orders and Deliveries FAQs. 
• During the warmer months, packages are sent with icepacks if extreme heat is expected. 
• We only deliver within Australia (sorry, no international or New Zealand deliveries at this time). 

How do Corporate Orders differ from Online Orders?

Corporate orders can be larger in size as well as personalised and customisable. Our Haigh’s Corporate Range is designed to provide you with exclusive options, created to reflect your needs and budget. We have a dedicated Corporate Sales team who can not only provide options for your Corporate gifting needs but support you throughout the entire process, from order to delivery.

Can I customise my Corporate Order?

Yes! Customisable options are available for corporate orders. Feature your logo or company on stickers, swing tags, branded packaging options and more. Our dedicated team can help showcase all the effective ways in which your company can be featured on our range, creating elevated and bespoke gifts. 

Recurring Deliveries

We love our customers and staff, and understand that you love yours! Many clients choose to place reccurring deliveries with us, sending us what items they wish to purchase each fortnight/month etc. Our products have been bringing joy to Australia for over 110 years, why not regularly show your team and clients how grateful you are with tokens of appreciation you know they will love.

Wholesale & On-Selling

Thank you for loving our products as much as we do and we love that you want to share them with your own customers. However, in order to control the standards to which we sell our products, guaranteeing their quality, we do not currently permit the on-selling of our products.
