Gift Messages

You have the option of including a personal gift message with your order, free of charge. During the checkout process please be sure to tick the gift message box and fill in the 'your message' details. Please note that emojis and other special characters are not supported and will not be present in the printed message.

Gifts can be delivered anywhere in Australia and can be purchased using an overseas credit card.

Your gift message will be printed on a white card and placed on the inside of your parcel so that the recipient sees it on opening the box. Your invoice will be sent via email to the billing address, and will not be included with your parcel.

Haigh’s Chocolates reserves the right to reject any gift message containing inappropriate content.

The following is a non-exhaustive list of content that will result in a gift card message being rejected:

• Abusive content.
• Any hate speech including slurs.
• Sexually explicit content.
• Excessive profanities (if accepted, any profanities in your message will be censored).

In the case of a gift message being rejected, we will notify you and replace the message with a simple note advising the recipient of the name of the sender.
