If you have a problem with the quality of the chocolate you purchased please let us know by contacting our team on the details below.

Be sure to include a description of what the problem is and some photos to help us assist you. If you have an online order, please include your order number.

If you have a customer service enquiry or complaint, please let us know so we can follow up for you.

We always aim to reply promptly, however, please allow three business days for a response during peak retail seasons.
