Haigh’s continues to comply with, and follow, the advice of both Federal and State governments. All of our stores are following physical distancing guidelines with limits on customer numbers in store at any one time. The health and safety of our staff and customers is paramount including the management of the number of people in our stores.

Following the announcement this afternoon, by the Premier of South Australia, regarding changes to the Stay At Home Direction we are happy to announce both the reopening of our online and Adelaide based stores.

Our manufacturing facility and online store is based in Adelaide and following the announcement of the new Covid-19 restrictions by the Premier of South Australia today we wish to advise the following:
- Purchasing from our online store has been temporarily closed.
- We will endeavor to pack and send all online orders already placed.
- Our Adelaide stores will be temporarily closed from 5pm Wednesday 18th November 2020.
- Stores in Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra remain open and functioning.
The safety of our staff and customers is our most important priority and we look forward to welcoming you back online and to our Adelaide stores soon.

Following the announcement on 18th November by the Premier of South Australia regarding the Covid-19 lockdown, our Adelaide stores will be temporarily closed from Thursday 19th November.
Store entry policies
We are committed to the health and wellbeing of our customers, team members and community. We have increased the frequency of cleaning our stores and have hand sanitiser available for our customers. When visiting a store to help ensure an enjoyable in-store experience for everyone we kindly ask that:
If you are feeling unwell we ask that you please do not visit our retail stores. Let us serve you via our online store; our delicious chocolates can be delivered direct to your door.
We ask that you adhere to physical distancing practices as per the signage in our stores.
We encourage you to pay by card or via your smartphone. We have implemented additional hygiene practices.
During this constantly evolving situation regarding the COVID-19 outbreak the safety of our customers and employees is our highest priority. To this end we have temporarily suspended all tours until further notice. We look forward to resuming our tour schedule and hosting you as soon as we can.
