I have received my order and something is missing or damaged, what can I do?

If you have a problem with the quality of the chocolate you purchased please let us know by contacting our team on the details below.

Be sure to include a description of what the problem is and some photos to help us assist you. Please keep the chocolates as we may need you to return them to us for further investigation. If you have an online order, please include your order number.
