Haigh's free chocolate experience operates during store trading hours, Monday to Saturday, except for public holidays.

For groups of 6 or more please select the Group Guided Chocolate Experience option on the online booking form.

A self-guided experience is also available at selected times. This option is best suited to those needing flexible times, and for those bringing children under the age of 5.

Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian for their safety, and to ensure an enjoyable tour experience for all participants.

Important Information

Photography is not permitted during the experience.
There is insufficient space for luggage or prams to be stored on-site or brought into the experience.
The experience area contains a small number of steps. Wheelchair users and attendees with limited mobility will have limited access to the full experience.
All children under 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
Small children under 120cm in height may have restricted view.
Food and hot beverages are not permitted.

The Visitor Centre is located on the edge of Adelaide's parklands, just a short drive south of the CBD, at 154 Greenhill Road, Parkside, South Australia
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled start time.
There is limited parking available onsite and the surrounding streets.
There are specific hours for parking on Greenhill Road. Parking is not permitted from 7am-10am and 3pm-7pm Monday to Friday.

The Guided Chocolate Experience is suitable for adults and older children (12 years and over or Children's University participants).
The Group Guided Chocolate Experience is designed for large groups (6 or more participants).
The Self-Guided Experience is best suited to those with limited time or with small children (under 5 years).
All Children under 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
