Now available in dark and peppermint chocolate, the frogs are our most popular product, with more than one million sold each year. Apricot Fruits Apricot Fruits, which are made with fruit from the South Australian Riverland, have been made continuously since Alfred created them in 1922 and have won many awards over the years. | Our uncompromising commitment
to the traditional art of fine chocolate making has been recognised over
many years with a string of Championship Awards at the Royal Sydney, Melbourne
and Adelaide shows. Our company was founded in Adelaide, South Australia by Alfred E Haigh and has been successfully run by his son Claude, grandson John, the present chairman, and great-grandsons Alister and Simon, who are joint managing directors. |
John Haigh introduced the traditions of European fine chocolate-making after
studying at Lindt and Sprungli in Switzerland in the 1950s. Today, we continue
to manufacture in our Adelaide factory, which has recently been expanded and
upgraded. We currently have over 200 employees and 12 retail stores - six in Adelaide, five in Melbourne and one inSydney. You will find our product range wide and varied from tablets of pure chocolate to hand dipped truffles and superb 1.25 kg presentation boxes. Our most popular items include: |
