At Haigh’s we have a beautiful collection of chocolates presented with quality, style and elegance – perfect for gift giving.

For Easter our blends of milk and dark chocolate are made using the freshest ingredients, as we are still one of the few manufacturing-retailers in the world making our chocolate from the cocoa bean. The Easter chocolates are fresh and on our shelves within days of being made and are simply delicious.

Our 2013 Easter Collection features all the traditional favourites including our hand foiled chocolate eggs, available in eight different sizes, the popular milk chocolate Duck, Honeycomb Egg in milk or dark chocolate and the Limited Edition Hand Decorated Milk Chocolate Egg.

Now in our fourth generation, we retain many of the traditional methods and artisan skills of small batch chocolate manufacturing. We begin with making our chocolate from the cocoa bean at our Mile End factory in South Australia.

Wherever possible we source Australian raw materials and locally grown ingredients including sugar, milk powder, almonds, oranges, macadamias, apricots and cherries.  Several native ingredients such as quandong and wattle seed now feature in our Australian Collection range, a popular gift for overseas visitors.

Our packaging is unique and clearly reflects our Australian origins and heritage. We manufacture a number of iconic and quintessentially Australian products also very popular gifts including Chocolate Frogs, Speckles and Scorched Almonds.  Our Chocolate by the Square that is elegantly packaged is ideal to present to guests at the end of a meal or in our ready to give bundle of five tied with gold ribbon.
