Chocolate & Hazelnuts

There's something very special about the flavour combination of roasted hazelnuts with premium quality chocolate

Hazelnuts have been enjoyed with chocolate hundreds of years.  French chefs first introduced the idea of combining them with chocolate by grinding up praline made from caramelised sugar coated hazelnuts and mixing it with chocolate.

As a bean to bar chocolate retailer, we have been using roasted hazelnuts with our premium milk and dark chocolate for many years. Here is list of products that include this delicious nut:

 

Hazelnut Block - milk chocolate with roasted hazelnut pieces
Praline Bar - a smooth hazelnut praline paste sandwiched between light wafer biscuits enrobed in milk chocolate.
Praline Truffle - a smooth hazelnut praline centre, tossed in crunchy caramelised hazelnut pieces then hand dipped in milk chocolate.
Chocolate Hazelnuts - whole roasted hazelnuts coated in premium milk chocolate
Chocolate Hazelnut Cookie - made with Haigh's premium dark chocolate, hazelnut pieces and praline.
Dark Rocky Road - Cubes of light vanilla marshmallow mixed with cherries, raisins and roasted hazelnuts and coated in dark chocolate. (Available after Easter to October.)
Fruit and Nut Mixture - A delicious blend of premium quality fruit and nuts including almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, raisins, aprichocs and sultanas generously coated in premium milk and dark chocolate
