How to purchase our chocolates
The best way to purchase our chocolates is to visit your nearest Haigh’s Chocolates store where you can experience the heavenly fresh chocolate aromas and view the extensive range of chocolates, novelties and gifts.
We also welcome orders. Simply download the Customer Price List, print, make your choices, fill in required details and either telephone, email, fax or post the form to your nearest Haigh’s store. Your order will then be prepared and made available for you to pick up from that store.
Interstate & Local Delivery Service
A delivery service is available to all capital cities and other places within Australia excluding the Northern Territory. There is an additional charge and it is based on weight, service selected and delivery location.
To place an order that requires delivery please call your local store with your order and one of our friendly team will calculate the freight cost. Please also give advice as to your specific delivery instructions to ensure your order is received promptly and is not left waiting on front porches or delivery depots.
Delivery and hot weather policy
We manufacture the highest quality products and promise to do everything we possibly can to ensure that they are delivered undamaged and unspoiled. To ensure this we carefully pack for transit in foil bags and bubble wrap because it offers some insulation and protection.
Haigh’s Chocolates prefers not to deliver our chocolate products during hot weather because there is a high risk of the chocolate melting. Our recommendation is that delivery is delayed until the weather cools. If you are ordering during the warmer months please discuss the delivery options with our team when placing your order.
When it is hot you do have the option of personally authorising and taking responsibility for Haigh’s sending a delivery at this time. However please note our returns policy below regarding melted chocolate below.

In the rare event that goods are damaged during transit please email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 1800 819 757 to arrange replacement. Please note that this does not include replacement of goods that melt during transit.
